Bill Waldman is a Real Estate investor with a 10 years of experience in Real Estate investing. He currently owns 4 investment properties in Southeastern Pennsylvania and is continuing to increase his presence in this area. Prior to pursuing opportunities in real estate, Bill worked for McNeil Consumer Healthcare for McNeil as a Training Effectiveness Manager. In this role he created a program measuring the effectiveness of training systems and programs across five different sites. He also created an on-boarding program designed to smoothly transition new employees to their new roles within the company. In addition, to his experience within industry, Bill is a retired Major with 22 years experience in the U.S. Army Reserve. During his time with the Army he deployed twice to Southwest Asia. During his mobilizations to Southwest Asia he managed a crossing point at the Kuwait-Iraq border and received the Meritorious Service medal for his actions. He also served as a project officer in Iraq managing projects that supported the draw-down of forces in 2010. For his actions in Iraq he received the Bronze Star medal.
